Dalton Cook
Runner-up showing with Hunt the Front at Southern Raceway
Dalton Cook rolled into Southern Raceway (Milton, Fla.) on Saturday afternoon after losing Friday's $8,000-to-win opener and checked in with the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series for the $12,000-to-win Rumble at the Races finale.
Cook qualified second-quickest out of 14 entries and picked up a heat race win which put him on the front-row for the main event. Dalton slipped back to third, but eventually found his way back to second-place and ran runner-up to Zack Mitchell in the 50-lapper.
Dalton sits fifth in the HTFSDS point standings.
