Cook lands podium finish with Southern Nationals at Swainsboro Raceway
Joining the mini-tour for the two days only, Dalton Cook checked in with the Schaeffer's Oil Southern Nationals Series at Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Thursday afternoon for the $7,544-to-win Roscoe Smith Classic.
Dalton missed the setup for his qualifying run and played catch up in his B-Main where he earned a spot in the A-Main. Charging forward from 16th, Cook landed inside the Top-5 in fourth.
At Swainsboro (Ga.) Raceway on Friday night, Cook locked himself into the feature through qualifying and rounded out the podium in third. He trailed Cory Hedgecock and Ashton Winger while Wil Herrington and Austin Yarbrough completed the Top-5.
