Dalton Cook follows HTF Series for Kentucky doubleheader

On Friday afternoon, Dalton Cook made the long haul to join the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series for a two-step through the Bluegrass State with visits to Lake Cumberland Speedway (Burnside, Ky.) on Friday and Florence Speedway (Walton, Ky.) on Saturday.

Cook started 16th in the $10,000-to-win opener and made up three spots to finish 13th before he found a little more speed on Saturday night as he finished runner-up in a heat race and recorded a 14th-place outing in the $20,000 show.

Cook is now fourth in the series point standings.
